Processing Times:
For purchases made after normal business hours (9am-6pm), processing time does not start until the following business day at 9AM.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PURCHASE:
• Once your order has been placed
• A proof will be forwarded to you for approval. Depending on the volume of orders at the time of your order, processing times can vary. Please provide a need-by date in the personalization section.
*Due to the volume of orders it is sometimes necessary to work orders in the order of need-by date rather than first-in first-out to ensure all customers receive their items in a timely manner.
*Please watch for email notifications for your proofs, and provide approval as soon as possible (confirming all personalized items).
*If you are getting a mix of digital items and physical items a separate invoice will be sent to you based on your selections, the fee that you paid during the checkout process will be applied to your invoice.
