• Please double check your customizations, we are not responsible for mistakes and will not replace the item at no cost.  In the notes please enter the name exactly as you want it. 
  
• Leave personalization notes during checkout, if left blank, we will make the clutch and ship without monogramming. 
• Monogram Tip: The last name normally goes in the middle (First, Last, Middle). 
• Our bags come with a matching key fob you may choose the key fob hardware.  Your choices are Rose Gold, Gold, Gunmetal or Silver. 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

• Our current processing time for made to order items is 7-9 business days.  If you need it shipped sooner than the current processing time, please notify us and we will try to accommodate (rush fee may apply).
• All orders are wrapped securely for shipping.  You will receive a tracking number for your order.  Sometimes the parcel used has a delay with updating the tracking information please give it 24 hours. 
• After orders are processed please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping unless you choose expedited shipping
